I also recommend the Adobe User-to-User Forums, with different sections for regular and structured FrameMaker; you may read/search the archives without subscribing. And there are other, more specific FrameMaker-related public lists & forums (such as FrameIndexers) -- see for a complete list (additions/corrections welcome!)
