Or you could avoid the whole possessive issue by calling it System
Administration Guide, if you can get away with not identifying it for a
specific role (i.e. the administrator)

Does anyone know if it's more acceptable to use Administrators or
Administrator's when naming a manual Administrators Manual? I googled it
and got about a 50-50 usage.
