Is anyone aware of problems running Webworks 6.0.5 in Windows XP?

Not offhand. Are you running the latest updates for v.6?

My predecessor uses it in Windows 2000 without any problems. When I
attempt to create an HTML help file, Webworks does not list the
FrameMaker files in the list of files. The FrameMaker list is empty.
Could the problem be the old customization of FrameMaker that I
downloaded for free years ago from the microtype site?

What version of FM are you using? That makes a big difference. And
yes, a customization of FM might botch WWP's connectivity to it.

What is the Webworks user forum called in the Internet?

I have to solve these problems before my predecessor leaves this Friday.

Provide details of software versions.

My manager will not purchase a newer version of Webworks because we are
migrating away from static documents to the Atlassian Wiki.

If your other writer is leaving, why can't you just use his/her
machine in its current config since it's already working there?
