David,

Instead of "Googling," Here are a couple of tools that will save you a
lot of time:

Good luck!

Organic SEO is not an afternoon project, but you can at least gather
important data on the words you've been given rather easily. Make a
spreadsheet that lists the words, or combinations of words. In columns
to
the right list the search engines you will be using to verify the
quality
of the words. Google each word, or phrase, and write down the number of
hits you get. Do the same with the other search engines. Look at the
number of hits. The ones that get a bazillion hits are too vague and
need
to be tossed. The ones that get too few may be too tightly focused.
This
will at least get you a list of beginning keywords. From here, you can
work toward refining the list, but that means referring to the web stats
over a period of time. (I also saw an article where you could apply an
algorithm to the results to determine keyword quality, but I forgot the
article's web page.)

If, after a period of time, you see your website moving up in the
rankings, then you keyword list is working. If it's not moving, then
eihter try new keywords or work on all the other aspects of organic SEO,
and there are a lot of them, including page format, keyword placement in
content, linking, metatags and regular site updates. Also, don't forget
to
invite those web crawling search engine robots into your site.

Good luck.

Al
