Use the snagit video feature.

It works very well, and gives you a video of frames, so you can flip through each frame to get exactly the image you want by saving whatever frame you want to a separate file.

There are a couple things that are not perfect (never press the escape key with a brand new unsaved video before you). You will lose your video. Save your new .avi as soon as you get it.

Stay with snagit 7, as snagit 8 disabled the fast video review forward that you get when you press and hold the right arrow key. They are now aware of this problem, FWIW.
