Have a look at the program offered by Malaspina University College:

It is offered online. I've just finished one course and it was great!

If you'll pardon me for asking what seems an eminently stupid
question: are all the examinations/tests entirely online as well? I
live in Goa, India, but a relative of mine who lives in the UK has
offered to sponsor an online training course. The cost of flying to
Canada to answer tests would be prohibitive, therefore this question.

I spent quite some time on the University website, but couldn't find
relevant information in their International Students section. Pardon
me for troubling you instead! :-)
