Heh. Next week, Diane gets *no* clues!

Just kidding, Diane. :)

Lisa warned us, "This week's TECHWR-L Cryptogram
(http://www.techwr-l.com/techwhirl/puzzles/crypto/crypto5.html) got a wee
bit long. It's also a little more >challenging than the puzzles I've
posted
in previous weeks, so I gave two clues. Make sure you let me know if you
think I'm being too easy on y'all. :)"

So, I had a few minutes this morning to play with this week's
cryptogram. I
just thought I would tell you my "tricks" I used to solve the puzzle.

I copied the cryptogram into Word. I then used the "find and replace"
feature to replace each capital letter with the lower-case letter I
believed
it represented. I used the advanced search to specify that the program
should match the case (so I wouldn't replace a letter that was already
replaced) and formatted the replacement letter to be blue. This way, I
could instantly see what letters had been replaced and what was yet to be
done.

I only used the first clue that Lisa gave: C = T. I quickly saw that the
last word of the cryptogram could only be "too." I then found the word
"the", and solved the entire puzzle in less than 5 minutes!
