I've been lurking on this list for a couple of weeks, reading messages in
the digest form. I'm not sure this is the correct way to reply to a post,
but here goes anyway.

I am curious what search terms you used on Amazon. And what are the six
books you can think of? I don't use any particular technique to write (that
I know of) and I'm interested in learning more about structured writing and

Um, there are at least 6 books I can think of off the top of my head, and I
found over 15 using a quick search on And of course, there's
more than one way to modularize documentation than using your so-called
taboo engineering technique.
