RE: PDF bookmarks for LOTs, LOFs

Never mind! I was wondering why you would ask such a simple question,
but I get it now. You want the links to appear under the LOT and LOF
headings in your bookmarks, but you want the links to take you to the
original table or figure, not to the LOT or LOF itself. Shlomo's add-on
sounds like what you're looking for.

Apparently, my caffeine hasn't kicked in yet this morning.  :-)
