Last year, I was asked to create personnel evaluation forms using MS Word. In the past, I used Word's Form Tool for less input-intensive forms, and last year used the same method to create the evaluation form that includes narrative sections that take an unlimited amount of narrative space. There are managers who want to copy and paste portions of the data from the narrative fields, but that is not easily done. Is there a decent method of creating forms with Word? At this point, I'd like to keep it as close to the form, fit and function with what I already have. I am stuck with using Word this year, but would like to consider other options for next year.
