Office 2007 Beta 2

Hello Everyone!
 
I have been testing Office 2007 Beta 2.  It is quite interesting as it appears to put your toolbars in to drop down lists.  The setup has the new "Vista" look and feel.  Has anyone played with it and figured out how to make it look and feel like office 2003?
