1. In SVN, if A and B are both working on a doc and A checks in first, B
will get a message about his file being out-of-date or something. This way B
will know that A worked on the file, which is a GOOD THING. This ensures
much better communication.
2. File locking is available, it is just not strong file locks. A can lock a
file and B wont be able to do much with it. If A goes on leave without
releasing the locks, B can "steal" them! This is also a GOOD THING.
It is now obvious, I am a shill for SVN ;)
