Quite honestly, "online helps" sounds like English is not your native
language.

Go with "online help types," "online help formats," "kinds of online help,"
"online help files," etc.

It made me wince. ;-) Please refer to the recent discussion of
mass/collective nouns.

Maybe I'm not understanding the context, but if you need to refer to
"multiple online help types or formats," why not call them "online help
types" or "online help formats"?
