Your friend should have posted something along the lines of, "I'm
frustrated because I've had these problems with Flare. Has anyone else
experienced anything like it?" Then he wouldn't have had to be anonymous
about it, and it could have opened the door for an honest discussion
about the product. No one is saying that his frustrations aren't
warranted, just that his method was tactless.
