The manual consists of two columns per page, one side
> English, the other Spanish. I would like the TOC to have both
> the Spanish and English on the same page - and usefully

> do this in Word? Multiple TOCs? TOCs in tables?
Just a quick idea: Why not use a glossary instead? Put it in the front,
and use the Spanish terms as the term to define, and use the English
word as the definition? And, yes, I would put it in a table, Spanish on
the left and English on the right, just like your document.
You could insert an Xref for each term field (heading name and page
number) that will update when you change the corresponding item in the
body of the document.
I've only had one cup of coffee, so I'm not making any guarantees here.
Your mileage may vary. :-)
