Hi Anthony,
We dealt with a similar problem here at my company. What we found was
that it ended up being caused by an automatic security Update for Word
2003 (KB917334). Once that was removed, RH worked fine again.

Subject: RoboHelp X5 HTML - Broken Links

Hello Everyone,

One of my company's clients has asked us to use their RoboHelp format to
author their help system for a piece of software we are developing for
them. Earlier this week I received a CD-ROM from them with a set of
RoboHelp project files to use as a template. It contains several topics
that have some standardized information for our client that will be
included in each help module.

Unfortunately there is a series of text, popup, and image links that are
reading as broken even though the links appear to be correct when I
check them.

This is a new one to me.

Can anyone help me find the correct method to resolve these linkage
problems?

Thank you for your time and attention.
