If there is an application that *really works* to remove the Word styles
and convert it to *clean* HTML, I would love to know about it. I've
tried a couple, but not had much success.

Dreamweaver used to do a fairly good job of cleaning up Word gunk, but I haven't had to use it since version 4.0, and I don't know if it will clean it up good enough for Robohelp. The last time I used RoboHelp (version 5.0) and Word together, I was working for BLM and they didn't have Dreamweaver and I had to do a lot of editing in WordPad to get things working.
