I know that others on the list have given you some links regarding
Adobe/Macromedia plans for RoboHelp. However, I also wanted to tell you, and
the list, that I recently had an excellent experience with Macromedia
Support (and we don't have a Maintenance plan). I sent an e-mail describing
the problem and had a clear response within 24 hours.
