I received several replies on the book I referred to yesterday, asking for the reference. The book is at home, and last night is the night I'm in class, so the first chance I'll have to look for it is tonight. I'll definitely find it and post it to the list, probably over the weekend. Glad it's interesting to someone -- I'm looking forward to having a look through it again!
