Right, but I think that has more to do with the technology they're
developing than with the age they're looking for. I've worked on
products that were so new that a requirement to *ever* have documented
it before would be ridiculous. And if you have 30 years documenting
things, but the first 25 were about how to put the card in the reader,
I'm not sure that really *is* an asset, in terms of getting a job today.
