Dori! Say it ain't so! :^) I've always believed that good tech writing was a balance of accurate content and good presentation. Personally, I think it's approximately 70/30 (YMMV). Seriously, those users that I referenced in my last post *really* liked the shadows on the graphics. Facing eight hours of training, I guess "three-dimensional" graphics helped get them through it a little easier...I'd like to think.
