Would it be possible to include Portable Firefox (which is supposedly able

You could, it's just a decision of what your audience is prepared to do and
what you are trying to accomplish.

It may well be possible to bundle a very minimal install of Firefox
with your application, stripped down to the bare engine. From the user's
point of view he may not have to do anything.

You may want to look at resources for embedding Firefox (and pages
like http://www.mozilla.org/projects/help-viewer/, if you haven't
already).
