FrameMaker book file order jumps

[techielmb <techielmb -at- yahoo -dot- com>]

Every once in awhile, when I open a FrameMaker book
file, the order of the files has changed. Has anyone
else seen this odd behavior, and found a solution to
it?

I'm running FrameMaker 7.0p579 on Windows XP.
