The list of items cited in the article seems fairly
comprehensive, though I personally would not reject
a candidate based on the last two items (personal
photos or other posts or their choice of screen name), and I think the "bad mouthing" of past employers and/or co-workers would be a grey area unless they had inappropriately involved their workplace, such as risque photos taken on company premises or posting their comments from their office email accounts while they were still at the company.
