Arizona does not recognize DST, nor did many parts of Indiana until a new law was passed this November forcing them to follow DST. We did the clock shift in Alaska too, and made fun of it 'cause we had three times: daytime, nighttime and dusk. Daytime was summer. Nighttime was winter, and dusk was spring and fall. Depending on how far north you lived, nighttime could stretch from October to March.
