Actually, some of us still do it that way <grin>.

The Headhunter (asktheheadhunter.com) explains the "working interview" which
I have used several times now to get the job. It requires research and prep
work on the part of the applicant, but is very effective.

I ask them for the hay and the shovel, in other words.
