I got this message from the list administrator this morning.  From other 
postings, it appears that this problem was not unique to me.

This is what the administrator (Eric?) said:

   Odd...there was an address from w3.org subscribed (apparently
   erroneously). I removed it. That should fix the problem.

   Basically, your stuff was going to TECHWR-L, then to an additional
   list that was subscribed, which is where the error came from.

   Hope this helps.
