As others have pointed out, this is a very vague question. Because I
work with software development life cycle documents, I would assume that
the question referred to this set of documents.

My answer: A good documentation package must include a requirements
document, a design specification, a set of test documents, and a test
summary showing that all requirements have been met and tested, with
results accepted by the user. This set of documents assures that the
developers built what the customer wanted, and that the customer
received that product.
