That is correct

In additon, if you want to maintain the Word 2003 menus in Word 2007, you
can proceed as follows.

1. Create a blank template in Word 2003.

2. Go to Tools, Customize, and create a new custom toolbar for that
template.

3. With the Customize dialog still open, drag and drop each menu in turn
from the menu bar onto the new toobar

4. Save the template

5. Move the template into the Startup folder for Word 2007. It will load as
an add-in in Word 2007, and the custom toolbar with all the menus will be
available in the Add-ins tab of the ribbon.
