File conversions -- too good to be true?

I just received a link to http://zamzar.com/. One look at the list of
conversion types (http://zamzar.com/conversionTypes.php) and I thought,
"This is too good to be true."

But I've tried a few files, and everything seems to be working so far.
The only downside is the length of time that I had to wait for the files
to be delivered via e-mail -- about an hour. Still, given that one file
was a PDF-to-DOC conversion (1 MB PDF, 7 MB DOC), I think that's a
reasonable wait.

If anyone can think of a reason why Zamzar isn't a major cause for
celebration, please let me know now...
