I had never heard the term, but when I researched it, I realized we use
that approach (though we never call it that) on some projects.

The big thing is to be flexible because changes can happen pretty
quickly and without much formal activity that you might have been used
to with other projects.

The biggest "watch out fors" I have is that if you are including any
images of screenshots, etc...plan on capturing those as late as
possible, or at least updating them very late in the project. (i.e.
insert by reference if you can)

Good luck!

Hi, guys...one of the products for which I'm handling the
documentation is attempting the use of the Scrum development process
for this release.

>From those who have written within this methodology, I'd like to hear
what tips and techniques you can pass along that will make my
participation more productive.

Note: Neither their doing this nor my participation in this process
are not optional, so hearing personal opinions on why you don't think
it will work or why you don't like it will only earn you a delete
key. However, I am interested in any "watch out fors" you can pass
along.
