I should have added that my CD includes a nicely designed label (no handwritten Sharpie contact information) and it overcomes any desire by the interviewer(s) to have me leave my portfolio for them to review. Instead, I leave the CD and a business card that directs them to my website. The CD is addition to my two-page resume (covering over 30 years of experience) and a short, but directed cover letter.
