writing step to a simple online booking

Good day all,

I am not a technical writer but I have been asked to write simple steps for
online bookers to follow when booking online. Any ideas:

I just want to write a 1, 2 3 kind of steps or a hop, skip and jump.

I have to mention the following steps:
These are steps that are needed but I need to have them explained in a clear
and easy way.

  1. Select your destination and travel dates
  2. select travel dates if there is a flexibility
  3. Enter passenger details
  4. payment and delivery options


- Calendar selection
- Sale price.
