Mike,

So pick out your "dream" Dell and go to http://outlet.dell.com for the
marked down machines. Refurbished is about 40% of new in my estimate.
"Dent and ding" specials and "customer changed mind" mark downs are also a
good deal. I think that most of them are "Vista ready." You can still buy
stuff to go with it like the warranties and A/C adapter.
