MS Word: Figures 1-3 or Figure 1, Figure 2, and Figure 3

In MS Word, we're trying to have a table of figures and reference them as Figures 1-3 instead of having to individual list them as Figure 1, Figure 2, and Figure 3. I'm looking at the switches for the captions, but can't find anything to accomodate this. Any solutions?
