Having produced many of these myself. I completely second that. It's much
easier to take the screen capture while listening to the audio playback,
than to try and record audio over the action.
FWIW I use both Captivate and Camtasia. I find the file sizes to be pretty
much the same (huge) especially when output to Flash or if you include
playback controls. i am looking forward to upgrading to the latest version
of Captivate though for the branching features. Gives the user a more
natural flow through our apps.
