Sounds like the pm is a big wins. There is on excuse for tolerating
racially insensitive remarks. And it was definitely a bad idea to
complain directly and let sneaky manager pit the two of you against
each other in the same room. Now you have drawn attention to yourself.
This psycho will be out to get you and your spine free pm gets to do
nothing and claim that she moderated the dispute. I would love to be
more positive about this but i have been the one to bring issues to
management and have been similarly squirreled into confronting a
coworker who clearly should have been asked about the problems from an
anonymous stance. Should have gone the passive aggressive route and
slowly whittled away problem coworkers sanity.
