"(limited testing)"

You're trying to avoid jargon like "sanity check" and "smoke test," and
you want to indicate that limited testing was done. So, say exactly
that. Quit looking for some exotic, elegant, or trademarked term -- just
say what you mean in plain English.

How do you say we did limited testing? By saying, "we did limited
testing."

My $0.02. YMMV.
