I think the "aha" moment is on the tip of their
tongues, but without a clear option offered by a third
party, they don't know what to do. Would you as a
manager say "our documentation is losing us repeat
customers" if you didn't have a clear path to fixing
it, like hiring a certified consultant or IBM expert?

That's what we're addressing. They know, and those
that don't won't be of benefit to anyone's writing
career at this time.
