In addition to the other comments, I have to ask: what does _easy_ have
to do with it? My job isn't to make complicated things easy. It's my job
to explain complicated software (in my case) in ways that make it usable
and understandable.

Easy isn't the issue. Sometimes, maybe. But not as an integral part of
my job description.
