I would like to know what everyone else is doing to simplify and organize
their writing efforts.

Do you create templates for test plans, documentation, etc so you don't have
to reinvent the wheel?

Are there existing tools to help with the template creation process, tools
that help you simplify MS Word, customized versions of MS Word?
