Relax. Interviews are sort of like dates: everyone's a
little nervous (and yes, that goes for the
interviewers as well), but the idea is to see if
there's a good match. If there is, everyone will be
happy. If not, well, that's a good outcome, too. You
wouldn't want to be in a place that wasn't a good fit.
There are others, and you will find them.
Go in with a (mental) smile, enjoy meeting potential
new colleagues, and they will enjoy meeting you. :)
