Just speaking for myself, already plenty disabled thanksabunch. Would not be offended but would crinkle my editorial nose in distaste over the inaccuracy and clumsiness.

I'd also prefer to be "separated" than "terminated", just in case it ever comes up. Also in the "thanksabunch" file.
