Linking from excel to word.

Hi All,
  I have a problem in giving a link from xl to word.  I have stated it below with an example.
   
  1. I have an excel sheet named testcase.xls and word document named as testdoc.doc.
  2. I have given a link from the excel sheet to a specific header called Test description in word document.  (from sheet1 in xl file to the header which is in page 30 of word document).
   
  3.  The problem is I have 5 header named as test description in word doc.  When the user clicks the link from the excel sheet it should display all the 5 headers available in the word document.  Based on the user's selection the word should go to the particular header.
   
  Please help.
