RE: Grammar Question

 Some people would say that's precisely what's wrong with technical writing.
If you only get someone to read it who can't write as well as you and throw
some styles, fonts, and hyperlinks at it, you are going to ship your missing
words, your extra words, your faulty grammar, and your technical errors to
the customer. 

Yes, John, you missed the technical editor's role before you get it out the
door.
