Editing Online Help

I'm almost positive this topic has been recently discussed, so feel free to
send me the link. But if it hasn't been discussed, I'd like to know how or
if you mark up online help while editing. For example, for hard or soft copy
documents, reviewers either mark up the hard copy or use online markup tools
for soft copy docs. Maybe RH has a similar feature, but I'm still learning.
