Do your PMs approve any templates that you create?

Where I work, there is a tremendous need to do things better. I drive change. I introduce new ways of doing things and gradually pursuade others, including my PM of my methods.

Who has the final sign-off on a document?

Richard Lewis:

When I create my documentation, I do alot of walkthrough - including with PM. She has an intimate knowledge of the quality of my work by the time the doc (data flow diagrams) is done. No need for a sign-off.
