some way. Conditions changing doesn't negate that reality. The boss
gained a worker. And you gained valuable experience – and one of the
most valuable experiences is the shock of being fired. Sometimes it is
the best way to get a person's attention. We all need improvement, and
experiencing outright rejection provides a poignant reminder of this
fact, and an impetus to change.
