Down and dirty:

1. Create a text file in Notepad.
2. Name the file 'autorun.inf'.
3. Include the following text in said text file:
4. Save autorun.inf and include it at the root of your CD image.

Once burned, your CD should then launch index.html (or whatever you
decide to name that html file that contains the PDF links)
automatically within the machine's default browser.
