I remembered seeing something about this on the RoboHelp forums, so I
went back and checked. Apparently
- right-clicking the index and selecting "Sort" from the context menu
sorts the index
- checking "Binary Index" in Project / Settings makes sure the index is
always sorted.
Weird, really. Surely a sorted index should be the default.
